Important Notice: Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using any services provided by RV and Associates. By engaging with our consultation services — whether through WhatsApp, email, telephone, or any other channel — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
  1. Who We Are

RV and Associates (hereinafter referred to as "RVA", "we", "us", or "our") is a registered Partnership Firm operating as an online consultation service in India. RVA is co-founded by Ramsai Varma and K Durga Gowtham, and is engaged in two primary service verticals:

  • Cybercrime Consultation — assisting individuals whose bank accounts have been frozen by law enforcement, providing guidance on the process of obtaining No Objection Certificates (NOCs), and facilitating resolution of cases involving wrongful flags, fraud suspicion, or cybercrime-related freezes.

  • Tax Consultation — providing guidance on GST registration and filings, income tax return preparation, TDS returns, advance tax, ROC (Registrar of Companies) incorporation, and resolution of show cause notices, demands, and tax orders.

RVA operates on a pan-India basis as an online consultation portal, with its principal place of business in Andhra Pradesh, India.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By reaching out to RVA through WhatsApp, telephone, email, or our website, and by using, accessing, or engaging any of our consultation services, you ("Client" or "you") agree to these Terms of Service in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not engage our services. Your continued use of our services after any revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RVA with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

  1. Nature of Services — Important Limitation

RVA is NOT a law firm and does NOT provide legal representation. Our services are strictly advisory and consultative in nature. Nothing communicated by RVA — whether through WhatsApp, email, telephone, or any other medium — constitutes legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by engaging with our services.

Our consultation services include, but are not limited to:

  • Advising clients on the procedural steps to resolve frozen bank account issues

  • Guiding clients through the document preparation process required for NOC applications

  • Accompanying or representing clients at police stations in connection with cybercrime matters (as a consultation representative, not as a legal advocate)

  • Providing guidance on GST, income tax, TDS, and ROC compliance matters

  • Assisting with the preparation and filing of tax returns and related documents

RVA does not appear in courts of law on behalf of clients. For courtroom legal representation, clients are advised to engage a licensed advocate registered with the Bar Council of India.

Outcomes from RVA's consultation services depend on individual case circumstances, cooperation of third parties including banks and police authorities, and regulatory factors beyond RVA's control. Past success rates, while reflective of our track record, are not a guarantee of any specific outcome in your case.

  1. Eligibility

To engage RVA's services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or be the legal guardian acting on behalf of a minor

  • Be a resident of, or have a matter connected to, the jurisdiction of India

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

  • Provide accurate and truthful information as requested during the consultation process

RVA reserves the right to decline services to any individual at its sole discretion, including in cases where the nature of the matter falls outside our scope of services, or where engagement would present a conflict of interest.

  1. Engagement Process & Fee Structure

Initial Consultation (Free): Your first consultation with RVA — during which we assess your situation, explain our process, and determine whether we can assist — is provided at no charge. No fee is payable at this stage, and you are under no obligation to engage RVA further.

Formal Engagement: If you decide to proceed after the initial consultation, a formal engagement is established. Fees for representation and documentation handling become applicable only at this stage. The specific fee applicable to your case will be communicated to you in writing (via WhatsApp or email) prior to your confirmation.

No Upfront Charges: RVA does not charge any fee prior to the commencement of formal engagement. Any person or entity claiming to represent RVA and demanding advance payment before formal engagement should be reported to us immediately.

Fee Payment: All fees are to be paid in the manner communicated by RVA at the time of engagement. Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes.

Refund Policy: All fees paid to RVA are non-refundable once the consultation engagement has formally commenced and work has begun. RVA invests significant time, expertise, and resources in each case from the point of engagement. In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds may be considered at RVA's sole discretion.

RVA reserves the right to revise its fee structure at any time. Changes to fees will not affect engagements already confirmed in writing.

  1. Client Obligations

By engaging RVA's services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information: You must provide truthful, complete, and accurate information about your situation, including the circumstances that led to your account being frozen or any tax matter. Providing false or misleading information will void our engagement and may expose you to legal consequences.

  • Timely submission of documents: You will submit all required documents (Aadhaar card, PAN card, bank statements, cyber crime acknowledgement letters, written declarations, and any other documents as requested) promptly and in the format specified by RVA. Delays in document submission may extend the resolution timeline.

  • Cooperation throughout the process: You will remain responsive and cooperative during the entire consultation engagement. RVA's resolution timelines depend significantly on client cooperation.

  • Lawful purpose: You confirm that your engagement with RVA is for a lawful purpose. You will not use RVA's services to facilitate, conceal, or further any unlawful activity.

  • Communication: You will maintain the WhatsApp contact number and/or email address provided to RVA as active and accessible throughout the duration of engagement.

  • Compliance with RVA guidance: You will follow the procedural guidance provided by RVA in good faith, including attending police stations as required and signing declarations prepared by RVA.

  1. Consultation Process & Timelines

RVA's standard process for cybercrime consultation (frozen bank account resolution) follows the following general sequence:

  1. Initial contact and case assessment (via WhatsApp — free of charge)

  2. Formal engagement and document collection

  3. Case strategy formulation and innocence documentation

  4. Representation at the concerned police station

  5. Procurement of No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the relevant authority

  6. Submission of NOC to the client's bank

  7. Account unfreezing (typically within 3 working days of bank receiving NOC)

The standard resolution timeline is approximately 15 working days from the commencement of formal engagement, subject to client cooperation, bank processing times, and police authority responsiveness — all of which are beyond RVA's direct control.

In cases with full and prompt client cooperation, resolution has been achieved within significantly shorter timeframes. However, RVA makes no binding guarantee of any specific timeline, and timelines communicated are estimates only.

Tax consultation timelines vary by the nature and complexity of the engagement and will be communicated separately at the time of engagement.

  1. Confidentiality

RVA treats all client information with strict confidentiality. All documents, details, and communications shared with RVA in connection with your case are used solely for the purpose of progressing your consultation and are not disclosed to any third party except:

  • As necessary for the resolution of your case (e.g., submission to relevant police stations, banks, or regulatory authorities)

  • As required by applicable law, court order, or direction of a competent authority

  • With your explicit prior consent

RVA will not sell, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit any client information. All sensitive personal and financial data collected is subject to the data handling practices described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree that RVA may, in its discretion, cite the general outcome of your case (without disclosing your identity or any identifying information) for the purpose of referencing its track record and success metrics.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on the RV and Associates website, including text, graphics, logos, process documentation, and website structure, is the intellectual property of RVA and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content from the RVA website or communications without prior written permission from RVA.

Documents prepared by RVA on your behalf (declarations, case summaries, representations) are prepared exclusively for your case and may not be shared with or used by any third party without RVA's consent.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • RVA's total liability to you in connection with any consultation engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to RVA for the specific engagement in question.

  • RVA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on our consultation services.

  • RVA shall not be liable for delays in case resolution caused by actions or inactions of third parties, including but not limited to banks, police authorities, courts, or regulatory bodies.

  • RVA shall not be liable for any outcome resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

  • RVA shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to follow procedural guidance provided by RVA during the engagement.

Nothing in these Terms limits RVA's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by RVA's gross negligence.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

RVA's services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While RVA exercises significant professional expertise and care in every engagement, we make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • A warranty that any bank account will be successfully unfrozen

  • A warranty that any specific timeline will be met

  • A warranty that any particular outcome will be achieved in tax matters

  • A warranty that the information provided during consultation is legally exhaustive or applicable to any jurisdiction outside India

Our published success rate reflects historical case outcomes and is not a guarantee of results in any individual case. Every case is unique, and outcomes depend on factors outside RVA's control.

  1. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fabricated information to RVA or to any authority as part of your case

  • Use RVA's services for any purpose that is unlawful under Indian law or the laws of any applicable jurisdiction

  • Attempt to use RVA's consultation to facilitate, conceal, or obstruct the investigation of any genuine fraud or criminal activity

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse any RVA representative

  • Impersonate RVA or its representatives

  • Share RVA's proprietary process documents or internal communications publicly without consent

RVA reserves the right to immediately terminate any engagement and report the matter to appropriate authorities if a client is found to be in breach of this section.

  1. Termination of Engagement

By Client: You may withdraw from the engagement at any time by notifying RVA in writing via WhatsApp or email. Fees paid up to the point of withdrawal are non-refundable as per our refund policy in Section 5.

By RVA: RVA may terminate the engagement immediately without refund if:

  • The client provides false or misleading information material to the case

  • The client fails to cooperate with RVA's process despite repeated requests

  • The client engages in prohibited conduct as described in Section 12

  • Continuing the engagement would require RVA to act in violation of applicable law

  • A conflict of interest arises that cannot be resolved

Upon termination, RVA will return any original documents provided by the client. Any documents or representations already submitted to authorities on your behalf cannot be recalled.

  1. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from your engagement with RVA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Informal Resolution: In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith discussion. Clients should contact RVA directly via email at rvavja@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 73827 41666.

Jurisdiction: If informal resolution fails, all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Andhra Pradesh, India.

Nothing in this clause prevents RVA from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

  1. Amendments to These Terms

RVA reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. The updated Terms will be published on this page with the revised effective date. We may additionally notify active clients via WhatsApp or email of material changes.

Your continued engagement with RVA following any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any revisions, you must discontinue the use of our services.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
